    Your gift code appears straight away, and we email it to you too. You don't need their email to buy.

    Give it when you're ready

    Give it today, at Christmas or next spring: it never expires. Just open the email we sent you and press Give your gift.

Gift membership terms

The gift
Each gift membership is twelve months of ReelRegs Pro for one person, starting when its code is redeemed. It doesn't renew.
Already on Pro?
They can still redeem it. The twelve months start when the time they've already paid for (or their free trial) ends, and their subscription isn't charged during them. It then carries on as before unless they cancel, and we email them at least seven days before it's charged again.
Expiry
The code doesn't expire, and there are no fees.
One code
One gift membership per purchase; to give more than one, buy again. Its code can be redeemed once, for the full twelve months. It can't be used in part or exchanged for cash or account credit.
Tax
The price includes GST/HST, which is due when the code is redeemed. BC PST is added at checkout.
Where
For now, gift memberships can be bought only with a billing address in British Columbia. They can be redeemed anywhere in Canada except Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Quebec, where a code stays valid until it can be redeemed. ReelRegs covers BC today.
Refunds
The buyer can have an unredeemed gift membership refunded in full within 30 days of purchase. Email support@reelregs.com. A refund cancels the code. Once a code is redeemed, it can't be refunded.
Lost codes
Keep the code safe: anyone who has it can redeem it. Lost a card, or think a code was seen by someone else before it was redeemed? Email support@reelregs.com: as long as it hasn't been redeemed, we'll cancel it and send a new one.
