A rule looks wrong
This is the one we most want to hear about, and the fastest way to tell us is from inside the app. Open the water, the salmon river or the tidal subarea, scroll to the bottom of the rules, and use Report an issue. It carries the water, the region and the date you were looking at, so we are not guessing at what you saw.
Tell us the species and the rule if you can. A report that turns out to be nothing still tells us something was confusing.
In the meantime, follow the official source. Where ReelRegs and an official source disagree, the official source is correct: the Province of British Columbia for freshwater, and Fisheries and Oceans Canada for salmon and tidal waters.
A water is missing, or in the wrong place
The map carries every named river and lake we can place, which is not every water that exists, and names repeat across the province. If a water you fish is missing, sits in the wrong spot, or shows another water's rules, the same Report an issue button handles it. Give us the name and roughly where it is.
Your account
Sign-in is by email. If a sign-in link does not arrive, check the spam folder first and ask for a fresh one rather than reusing an old one.
You can export your whole catch log to CSV from the app at any time, and delete your account and everything in it from your account settings. Deleting is permanent and we cannot undo it.
Billing and Pro
Cancel any time from your account. Pro ends straight away and we refund you. On monthly, that is the month you were last charged for. On yearly, it is the full year if you cancel within 30 days of being charged. After that, we refund the time left in your year, prorated by the day. Cancelling during the free month costs nothing.
If you pay yearly, we email you 30 to 60 days before each renewal. Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see your card details and cannot change them for you.
Something is broken
Tell us what you were doing and what happened instead. The browser and device help, and a screenshot helps more than anything. If it happened on a particular water, say which: almost every bug we have found so far has been specific to one.

A report about a rule that could put someone on the wrong side of the law goes to the front of the queue.
